A fantastic victory by Martin Maes in the Enduro World Cup and a great podium finish by Andreas Kolb in Downhill, both relying on Galfer Bike braking components under extreme conditions of rain and mud.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a memorable weekend for Galfer representatives in Loudenvielle (France), where they claimed 2 victories and 3 podiums in the Enduro and DH disciplines under challenging weather conditions. The Galfer brake discs and pads showcased reliability and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Martin Maes Dominates in Enduro<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belgian rider Martin Maes from the Orbea Fox Enduro Team secured an outstanding victory in the Enduro category, finishing more than 15 seconds ahead of the second-placed rider. Maes dominated two of the four timed stages, wrapping up the season in a solid fifth place in the overall standings despite being penalized in one of the races. This victory is a brilliant way for the rider to end the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the women\u2019s categories, Galfer also shone with two second-place finishes by M\u00e9lanie Pugin (WeRide Exept Factory Team) in EDR and Chilean Florencia Espi\u00f1eira (Orbea Fox Enduro Team) in E-EDR. This marks Flo’s third consecutive world title in the women’s Electric Enduro category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, in the E-EDR Master category, Jordi Bag\u00f3 (Pivot Cycles) secured another victory in the last race of the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andreas Kolb Podiums in Downhill<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Downhill, Austrian Andreas Kolb (Continental Atherton) stood on the podium with an excellent third-place finish. Additionally, his teammate Charlie Hatton finished in ninth place, while Spaniard \u00c1ngel Su\u00e1rez (Frameworks) came in thirteenth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Orbea Fox Enduro Team was recognized as the best team of the weekend in the Enduro category, while Continental Atherton was ranked as the second-best team in the Downhill category. Both teams rely on Galfer Bike braking components, which were put to the test under harsh weather conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Enduro season will conclude with the World Championships from September 13 to 15, while the Downhill Championship will finish its season in Canada from October 4 to 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
