He dominated from start to finish with his Yamaha YZF R-6, which is fitted with GALFER \u201cDisc Wave\u00ae\u201d brake discs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andrea Locatelli set the best time in classification on Saturday and also set a new track record for the Supersport 600 category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the race on Sunday, Andrea Locatelli quickly distanced himself from his rivals and was alone out front until the end, crossing the line first with a lead of more than five seconds over another GALFER rider, Raffaele De Rosa (MV Agusta). The 2019 season champion &#8211; Randy Krummenacher (MV Agusta) &#8211; had a worse time of things, suffering a fall on the first lap that forced him to abandon the race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andrea Locatelli now tops the rider\u2019s table, followed by Raffaele De Rosa, both riders use GALFER brakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next race in the Supersport World Championship will take place in Qatar from 13 to 15 March.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Italian rider for Evan Bros landed his first win of the Supersport 600 season at Phillip Island on his category debut, doing so from pole position and setting a new track record.
